BIOGRAPHY
Noémie Jane worked as a singer and dancer, traveling the world until 2006 before devoting herself to teaching Pilates and massage therapy practice.
Bachelor of Contemporary Dance, Noémie Jane experienced her first Pilates training while she was studying dance in 1990. Following surgery and a difficult recovery to one knee, she was invited to follow the course of Pilates offered by the university to promote healing. The results were remarkable and seduced Noémie Jane as she continues to deepen knowledge in this method as well as the biomechanics of the human body.
Noémie Jane acquires her Full Instructor Certification from the Stott Pilates method in 2010. She obtains the status of Instructor Trainer in 2012 for Mat and Reformer and Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels in 2015.. Since 2011, she also teaches the Functional Anatomy classes for pilates.
In 2007, Noémie Jane received her certification as a Swedish massage therapist at Guijek massage school and gets a few months later the certifications Shiatsu Namikoshi, chair massage and Deep tissue at the School Kine Concept. She has obtain her certification in Active Isolated Stretching offered by Stretching Canada.
Osteodynamy training in 2011, dynamic bone, allows her to optimize her approach as a therapist and instructor.
The OSTEODYNAMY: The osteodynamy is a innovative therapeutic approach, complementary to any other manual approach (massage therapy, orthotherapy, fasciatherapy, physiotherapy, ...) This approach focuses on the conscience of the bone and its movement permitting the bones to find their places, muscle functions, body posture and a better use of coordinated movements. The osteodynamy aims to correct all the pains orthopedic, postural and neurological disorders.
